Physical Exam Forms and Paperwork for 7th and 8th Grade Athletes

No student will be allowed to participate in athletics (including practices and tryouts) without completing all PISD-required RankOne athletic forms including a health physical exam form, dated after April 1. These forms may be found here.

Razorback Volleyball and Football SUPPORTER Spirit Wear FOR GAME DAYS SHOULD BE ARRIVING MID-SEPTEMBER, FOR THOSE WHO PRE-ORDERED BY SEPTEMBER 1. THERE WILL BE A LIMITED QTY OF EXTRA AVAILABLE INVENTORY TO PURCHASE AT THE SCHOOL STORE.

P.E. and pre-athletics practice wear

P.E., Pre-Athletics and Athletics students are expected to "dress out" for class each day!

• 6th grade P.E. and Pre-Athletics classes should (preferably) wear a grey Robinson shirt and black RMS shorts. At minimum, any grey shirt and black shorts will be acceptable.
• 7th and 8th grade athletes are expected to wear either their assigned athletics t-shirt, offseason shirt or any Robinson spirit wear shirt with black shorts.
• Assigned athletics class t-shirts will be distributed by coaches; boys offseason shirt is available at Cardinal's Sports; all other spirit wear will be available on the PTA website or at the school store.

GAME DAY SHIRTS AND GAME UNIFORMS

• Sport-specific game day spirit wear items will be for sale here on the PTA website. Game day shirts are what the athletes wear to school on the day of their games. These shirts can also be purchased by parents and supporters to wear to the games. (one exception is boys game day polos are available for purchase at Cardinal's Sports at Park/Preston.)
• Game uniforms are distributed by the coaches prior to each season.
